The Willard Group (TWG) was founded by Mike Willard in 2011.
 
Mr. Willard had a 20 year long, and accomplished career in the grocery IT field as both a Technician and an small business owner. After selling his successful business in Lubbock, Texas, Mr. Willard immediately felt the need to "create and build" something once again. Something with challenge and purpose. Something where hard work and effort were rewarded.

And so The Willard Group was born.
